Materials needed for class:

9) Substitute teachers will be shown the same respect as any other classroom teacher.  If the substitute teacher reports any problems, the student(s) reported will receive an automatic detention of 1-hour minimum.

4) Each quarter Daily Grades will be weighted 60% with Test accounting for 40% of the total grade.

Extra Credit

1) Any student that conscientiously hands in his/her assignment every day will receive extra credit at the end of the each quarter.

2) Other opportunities to earn extra credit may be offered during the quarter, but not often, so you really need to do well on all your assignments during the quarter. All extra credit will be earned during the first eight weeks of the quarter.

7th & 8th Grade Science Fair:

Each student will do a science fair project that will be evaluated and graded. You will receive a schedule of individual science fair assignments that will break down your project into manageable parts.

Assignments:

Goals:

In school, as in life, you usually get what you aim for, so aim high!!!!!!
